Can you comfortably run 5k, but want to improve either the distance you can run, or improve your pace? This group will push you beyond your current abilities, in a friendly supportive environment, with plenty of coaching tips. We do a mixture of hill training, intervals, fartlek and circuits so come along and see how you can improve.

Upcoming sessions:

Monday 5th June: the Lincoln Knights Trail! Meet at 10:15am outside the tourist information office on Castle Hill for a hilly run around Lincoln of approximately 10km finding all the decorated Knights. Join us for tea and cake afterwards too. 

Monday 12th June: Meet at Whisby nature reserve visitor centre at 10am for our fun circuit session around Whisby. Approx 4 miles in total. 

Monday 19th June: Meet at Boultham Park car park (near the church at the end of Hall Drive) at 10am for our famous Cross o’Cliff hill session. We’ll run out to the base of the hill (approximately 1 mile), do some repeats up and down it, and then have a run back. Approx 5 miles in total. 

Monday 26th June: Meet at North Hykeham Memorial Hall carpark at 10am for a run around Millenium Lake and some fun group activities on the field. 

Monday 3rd July: Meet at South Common (South Park/Canwick Hill) for a trail run around the common with some good hill training.
